This is how it's all going to unfold...

  • You now have access to the 7 Day Calm challenge content inside the learning hub. Take some time to look around as there is much to see even before the challenge even begins
  • Challenge officially begins Monday May 30, 2022
  • Set aside 20 minutes each day
  • Each day you will receive an email from me with your instructions for the practice session with the first one on Sunday
  • Get comfortable (use as many pillows as you need)
  • Find a quiet space, put your headphones on (if you have them) and cell phones away
  • You will find your bonuses inside the learning hub, they will be released during the challenge
  • And YES, there will be prizes!

Then, all that's left is to do is...

Set aside 20 minutes each day to listen to a thoughtfully crafted session based on the science of pain.

Simply observe how your experience is unfolding as we grow your awareness and develop your practice.

Engage with others inside the challenge as you navigate your way through the content and daily practices.
