Monthly Q&A Sessions
Monthly Live Coaching group sessions or expert topics
A Private Online Community
Community Events
All sessions will primarily be led by Deana Tsiapalis (Head pain coach and chief curator) or an ambassador from Pain 2 Possibilities. From time to time they may also be joined by other experts such as Physicians, Naturopaths and other experts offering their expertise to help you further along your success path.

All of the above core elements will take place via Zoom.
During each bi-weekly live session you will have an opportunity to work through your action items on your own or with a group at a set time. The monthly Q & A's offer an opportunity for you to ask questions as you work your way through the content. These will primarily be led by Deana Tsiapalis but from time to time may be lead by a subject matter expert and will be clearly communicated.
The information and guidance shared by Deana Tsiapalis will be based on her accreditations and schooling in Chronic Pain Education, Wellness & Chronic Pain Coaching, Exercise Science and Behavioural Change.
Some of the live sessions will be recorded and made available inside of the library. Some sessions (for example - coaching sessions) may not be recorded due to their confidential nature.
