As a migraine sufferer myself I learned over years of trial and error how to best manage the pain. To the overwhelm both my parents experienced navigating their health issues, and eventually to my mothers untimely death, inspiring me to become a certified Wellness Coach. Finally, as a witness to my husband's and hundreds of clients' experiences living with an invisible illness, unfolding before me. I created The Change Pain Academy to address the large gaps my family and coaching clients were experiencing in their chronic pain/illness care.
