Summit Schedule
Day 1 - March 27
In this session Dr Sarah (Naturopath and functional practictioner) and I discuss a functional approach to chronic pain and trauma. You will learn some of the latest research on how to best support your internal systems on your road to recovery. Because living in a perpetual state of fight or flight takes it's toll on both mind and body.
In this session Nichole and I dive into what post traumatic growth is and why it is an important part of your path to recovery. As always, there are tips and techniques to help you on your path forward.
In this session I am joined by Kyira Wackett in an important discussion about one of the very deep emotions associated with chronic pain and trauma...Shame. You will learn about the impact of shame and how we view ourselves, the experience of healing and seeking help and so much more!
In this very special segment of The Willow Tree summit I sit down with Barb Thornton, chronic pain warrior and community leader to chat about the interviews of the day...what did she learn, what resonated with Barb and what her 'a-ha's may have been! The link for this live conversation will be sent to you via email. Join Barb and I on Monday March 27th at 7:00 PM EST (check your local time HERE)

Day 3 - March 29
In this session I am joined by the lovely Gina Tsiapalis. Gina is a trauma informed Midwife and Massage Therapist. We dive into current gaps in the system as to fostering safe treatment spaces and as a secondary topic (because I believe this to be one of Gina's many strengths) addressing how trauma and pain shows up in the body.

In this live session I will be introducing you to my fourth child....or at least that is what it kinda feels like! I have been nurturing and growing a new online hub exclusively for those who live with chronic pain for 3 long years. It's time to release it to the world and I cannot wait to introduce you to it. Join me live on Friday March 31, 2023 at 2:00 PM EST (check your local time here) as I pull back the curtains and tell you about our unique ecosystem.
